01Inquiry & tech pack review
Send your styles, target prices and quantities. We confirm feasibility and respond quickly with realistic costings, scrutinised against our own knowledge of the country's cost structure.
02Factory matching
Vendors are assessed on ten criteria — product range, quality, capacity, facilities, financial capability, technology, manpower, working conditions, management and overall quality policy — before approval is agreed with you.
03Sampling & approval
Samples are developed to your colours, fabrics and styles, in the quantities you need, until the approval seal is given.
04Production with in-line QC
Rather than random spot checks, every item is checked in several steps — cutting, sewing, ironing and packaging — with regular status updates emailed to you throughout.
05Final inspection & documents
Detailed physical inspection covers design, shrinkage, accessories, appearance, markings, colour, labelling, materials, assortments, workmanship, measurements and packing. Shipping documents are checked to your instruction and copies sent well before the vessel sails.
06Shipment & follow-up
Consignments are readied only when they match your standard. After shipment we keep you posted on market trends, new fabrics and policy changes that affect your next order.
